DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Forms Deep Dive: Land, Rentals & Essential Notices Specialized addenda and notice forms can create significant contractual risk when brokers fail to properly manage timelines, possession terms, and delivery requirements. This course provides brokers with a practical and legal framework for understanding how land transaction addenda, rental agreements, and notice forms function within Washington real estate transactions, including the consequences of improper drafting, missed deadlines, and ineffective notice delivery. Curriculum Focus Participants will examine Form 22L (Land and Acreage Addendum) for unique property considerations involving utilities, feasibility, access, and land use issues. The course also explores Form 65A and Form 65B (Rental Agreements) used to manage buyer or seller possession before and after closing. Land & Rental Agreements: Form 22L Requirements Forms 65A & 65B Pre/Post-Closing Possession Terminations & Notices: Form 68 Termination Procedures Series 90 Notice Forms Timeline & Delivery Compliance Through practical scenarios and case studies, brokers will learn to manage contractual risk, avoid unintended waivers, and properly navigate notice delivery, possession agreements, and transaction termination procedures from offer through closing. When she isn’t selling homes, Karene has contributed for years to the growth of her local Board of Realtors as a member of the professional standards, technology, and education committees. Since 2008, Karene has used her extensive real estate knowledge and combined it with her passion of training, coaching, and mentoring both new and experienced agents. As a licensed instructor in both Washington and Idaho, Karene has turned her focus to imparting her vast knowledge to organizations and individuals so that they may achieve their true potential. Course Cancellation Policy Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the course will receive a full tuition refund. Those received less than ten days prior to the first day will receive a 50 percent refund. After 5:00 p.m. the day before the course, there is NO refund.
