The existing Seller's Disclosure Form, which includes a number of questions on water supply issues, is used as a tool to help REALTORS understand key issues, and to identify and preserve opportunities and minimize risks for their clients. He is a former member and chair of the Washington State Pollution Control and Shorelines Hearings Boards, which hear appeals of state and local permit decisions. Bill is a graduate of Whitman College and the University of Montana Law School.
