Zoom Zoomzoom link will be sent out via email one day prior to class start dateCE credit will only be given to students with their camera on, who are present and visible on their camera during the course Map & Directions Sabrina Jones-Schroeder Sabrina Jones-Schroeder, JD has a passion for real estate and owns her own real estate firm - EXIT Real Estate Professionals - in Spokane, WA. The firm currently has over 60 licensed real estate brokers on their team between the main office and two branch offices located in Deer Park and Newport. Sabrina has sold real estate for over 35 years and has helped more than 900 clients buy and sell properties. She is consistently ranked in the top 5-10% of the real estate brokers in the Spokane market. Sabrina was appointed to the Washington Real Estate Commission by Governor Jay Inslee in August, 2018 and served a six-year term as a Real Estate Commissioner. She serves on the NWMLS Washington Statewide Forms Task Force and also volunteers for Spokane REALTORS® (SR) on various committees including Professional Development, Forms, Professional Standards and MLS Steering. Sabrina was recently elected to serve a two-year term (round two!) on the SR Board of Directors having previously served in leadership on the board including as the President in 2000. Sabrina loves to teach people what she has learned about real estate and teaches continuing education to other real estate professionals throughout Washington, as well as a 16-course training program to her associates through her firm. Sabrina is a graduate of Gonzaga University - undergrad in 1992 and the law school in 1995. She is a huge ZAG fan and sits on the Gonzaga Alumni Association Advisory Council. She is also involved in the Spokane community through her Rotary club and other various philanthropic endeavors. More than anything though, Sabrina loves her wonderful family – her husband, Jeff (who owns a home inspection company) and two smart, talented and wicked funny children: Emerson (who is currently serving in the Marine Corps) & Cole (who is following in his mother’s footsteps and plans to join EXIT Real Estate Professionals after graduating from Gonzaga University). Sabrina works hard so she can play hard with them as much as she possibly can! Karene Loman Building relationships while creating ease and comfort has been Karene specialty throughout her diverse career. Karene jokes that she's done everything from flipping burgers at McDonald’s to running highly successful marketing and advertising campaigns for national companies, to teaching college level classes. Karene holds a master’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Public Relations and Organizational Communications and has completed coursework towards a PhD at Gonzaga University. As a Realtor, Karene has been helping over 500 families buy and sell homes across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Karene holds the Certified Residential Specialist , At Home With Diversity, C2EX, and SFR designations. When she isn’t selling homes, Karene has contributed for years to the growth of her local Board of Realtors as a member of the professional standards, technology, and education committees. Since 2008, Karene has used her extensive real estate knowledge and combined it with her passion of training, coaching, and mentoring both new and experienced agents. As a licensed instructor in both Washington and Idaho, Karene has turned her focus to imparting her vast knowledge to organizations and individuals so that they may achieve their true potential. Armed with a master’s degree in Communications, Karene is able to use her well-honed communication skills and state-of-the-art technology to deliver the message in a way that everyone can understand. Annie Fitzsimmons Annie Fitzsimmons is the Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer and has served the brokerage community in that capacity since 2001. Along with answering thousands of questions for REALTORS® every year, she develops curriculum, authors articles, makes educational videos, serves as a public speaker for industry partners, testifies and advises regarding legislation that will impact the delivery of real estate brokerage services, and maintains a strong working relationship with regulatory agencies. Without question, however, her favorite pursuit as the Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer is working with brokers individually and in a classroom setting to strengthen each REALTOR's delivery of brokerage services so that they exceed the expectations of their clients, preserve earned income and increase the standing of the REALTOR® community in and around the state. Annie graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law and then joined the Tacoma law firm of Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell where she practiced until becoming the Hotline lawyer. Prior to attending law school, Annie sold real estate with her parents' real estate firm in Lakewood, Washington. Suffice to say, Annie has loved and worked with REALTORS® nearly her entire life. Course Cancellation Policy Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the course will receive a full tuition refund. Those received less than ten days prior to the first day will receive a 50 percent refund. After 5:00 p.m. the day before the course, there is NO refund.
