Participants observe how AI can assist with marketing workflows while maintaining accuracy, ethical standards, advertising compliance, and consumer protection. The course emphasizes responsible use of AI in marketing, including appropriate disclosures, avoidance of misleading content, and alignment with professional standards and real estate advertising regulations. This session is part of a 5-course AI series. Participants must complete at least 3 of the 5 sessions to receive continuing education (CE) credit. Completion of fewer than three sessions will result in no CE credit awarded. Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the course will receive a full tuition refund. Those received less than ten days prior to the first day will receive a 50 percent refund. After 5:00 p.m. the day before the course, there is NO refund.
