The mandatory clock hours must be included in the 30 hours required for all active licensees. He then became a managing broker in 2016. John’s home base is Vancouver, WA and he has been with his current firm for the bulk of his real estate career. Prior to his real estate career John was a civilian research/writer for the US Army Combat Studies Institute. That said, John is not new to being strategic in his approach and exercising discipline. He has served as the President of the Clark County Association of REALTORS® and continues to serve on numerous committees for the local, state, and national association of REALTORS®. Outside of real estate, he is a member of the Clark County Council and is on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Washington and the Historic Trust. He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two children. He enjoys running and training for Spartan races, as well as barbecuing, and traveling with his family. John has a passion for serving and feels being an instructor with Washington REALTORS® is a natural fit for his experience and looks forward to sharing information with his fellow REALTORS®.
