Participants observe AI-assisted research workflows that supplement traditional research methods, including identifying relevant information, organizing data sources, and supporting market and property analysis. Emphasis is placed on verification, context, and professional judgment to ensure AI-assisted research supports informed, responsible real estate decision-making. This session is part of a 5-course AI series. Participants must complete at least 3 of the 5 sessions to receive continuing education (CE) credit. Completion of fewer than three sessions will result in no CE credit awarded. Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the course will receive a full tuition refund. Those received less than ten days prior to the first day will receive a 50 percent refund. After 5:00 p.m. the day before the course, there is NO refund.
