Working out of the Portland, Oregon Field Office James has extensive experience investigating and adjudicating civil rights discrimination complaints and is also the training coordinator for Portland FHEO. Prior to working at HUD James worked as a criminal prosecutor. James grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.
