Broker purchased condo as buyer/agent. Buyer just discovered that a leak occurred during the listing/pending sale of the unit. Seller and LB were both aware of the leak. How should buyer/agent move forward, legally, with respect to this issue?
Broker/buyer should consult her lawyer. Buyer needs to evaluate whether she has a claim against seller and what the best process will be for pursuing that claim.
