DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy NAR announced a proposed settlement agreement in the antitrust lawsuits that challenge the generations-old methods of compensating real estate brokers. These changes impact real estate brokers in the delivery of every real estate brokerage service. They also impact the handling of escrow closings and the processing and issuance of real estate loans. This class will bring together a panel presentation to include an escrow officer, a loan officer, a real estate broker and a real estate industry attorney to demonstrate to brokers, the importance of adhering to best practices in completion of forms, providing good communication and remaining aware of escrow and lending practices so that the broker can lay the foundation with the purchase agreement, for a successful closing.
