Christopher Benis is a prominent Seattle attorney whose multifaceted career in northwest real estate began at a very early age. Thomas Benis, Chris’ father, was a real estate investor who took a hands-on approach to property ownership and nurtured his son’s interest and enthusiasm for the industry. Chris is a lifelong resident of WA State and a UW Law School graduate, specializing in real estate and construction law. Currently he is a partner at the firm of Harrison-Benis, LLP and his vast client list includes property management companies, real estate brokerages, individual investors, and corporations.
