Bobbie Chipman

Licensed since 1992, I obtained the advanced broker's license in 1996; I was asked to hold my first Office Leader position in 1998. I've always pursued information and education in order to provide the best service possible-whether to my clients, customers or fellow real estate associates.
I believe that participation is important. I belong to NAR, WR and TPCAR in the support of the professionalism of being a REALTOR, not merely a real estate licensee.
I am honored to be a Code of Ethics instructor the Association of REALTORS. I also serve on Tacoma/Pierce County's Grievance and Professional Standards Committees as Chair and am the 2021 Regional Round Table Representative. I serve on Washington Realtors Executive Committee and Legislative Steering Committee and on the National Association's Housing Committee.
One of the joys-and responsibilities- of a real estate licensee and of a Realtor is always to continue to be informed, to learn and to share the knowledge with others.
