Dezda Finn is a Real Estate Broker/Owner and Property Manager in Spokane, Washington. Licensed in real estate for 21 years, she speaks from her heart and shares her authentic self! Join us as we celebrate Women’s History Month and hear some about the journey that has led her to be the Washington State President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS. More importantly, Dezda will share what the Women’s Council of REALTORS is all about and how they are contributing to the environment of equity for all, not only in real estate, but in our communities, workplaces, and where decisions are being made. Dezda is passionate about helping everyone achieve the opportunity of safe and affordable housing. She offers a safe space for those who feel discriminated against and stands up for equity for all. She says; “Being part of the Women’s Council of REALTORS is a phenomenon difficult to describe, other than; I have found my TRIBE!” Dezda will be sharing the history of the Women’s Council and what they are doing now to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. She opened her own company in 2010.Dezda is the secretary for the Independent Broker's Association Board of Directors. She is also the marketing chair for the Women's Council of Realtors board of directors. Dezda is on the Spokane Association of Realtors Steering Committee and Dezda Finn Properties, LLC is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Dezda also volunteers at the clubhouse in Sacred Heart's Children's Hospital.Her real estate specialties are in single family homes, multi-unit properties and investment properties. Dezda works with investors assisting them in building their real estate portfolios, with home-buyers to find their perfect home, and with sellers to get the best deal possible on their properties.Dezda is outgoing, honest, and straight-forward. She really enjoys educating first-time home-buyers and investors with the process of property ownership. Dezda excels at finding and calculating what makes a good investment property and securing it for her clients!
